Mary Jo Schick holds her Essential Practitioner Certification in Thai Yoga Bodywork from Lotus Palm School in Montreal, Canada and is insured through the International Massage Association.
She has studied yoga in Morgantown WV with Nicole Gautier-Schatz (her mentor in Thai Yoga Bodywork) and Siegfried Bleher; and has been a long time member of the Yoga Training Association of Pittsburgh. She has taken workshops with nationally known teachers John Schumacher, Barbara Benaugh, Judith Hanson-Lasater, Dharma Mittra, Dean Lerner and Doug Swenson.
