Thai Yoga Bodywork is appropriate for anyone
who is in general good health and without severe mobility
restrictions. Major muscular injuries should be addressed
by a Certified Massage Therapist and are not candidates for
Thai Yoga Bodywork.
Anyone experiencing general muscular discomfort
and/or tightness, back and shoulder pain, headaches, leg and
foot fatigue and general stress can benefit from Thai Yoga
Bodywork. It can also be used as a complimentary practice
to yoga, martial arts, active sports and for general well
being.
